Sample
Check and approve the sample
I coordinate the sample order, compare the sample with the agreed requirements and clarify necessary changes directly with the manufacturer.
Cost: No additional service fee. You pay only the actual sample and shipping costs at the manufacturer.

Production
Manage production
After your approval, I manage the order, track deadlines and requirements, and clarify deviations directly with the manufacturer.
Cost: 7% of the net goods value up to €30,000; above that, 4% on the additional goods value. Minimum fee €690. The €350 already paid is fully credited.
You receive: status updates and ongoing coordination with the manufacturer
Pre-shipment goods inspection
If a physical inspection of the finished goods is requested or makes sense, it is carried out separately as an on-site assignment before shipment.
On-site assignment in the Pearl River Delta: €299
Outside the Pearl River Delta, the stated travel and, where applicable, hotel costs plus the travel-time fee are added.

Shipping
Coordinate shipping and handover
I coordinate the freight forwarder, export documents and the orderly handover of the finished goods.
Cost: No additional sourcing fee. Freight, customs, import duties and taxes are charged at their actual cost only.

On-site assignments
Manufacturer research and coordination are generally handled remotely. If an in-person factory visit or on-site inspection makes sense, we agree it with you beforehand.
On-site assignment in the Pearl River Delta:

01How much does the sourcing service cost?
The price depends on the product, quantity, customisation and work involved. Full-service sourcing therefore has no credible flat rate.
The initial assessment is free. Before engaging me, you receive a specific quote showing the services and costs.
02At what order quantity does it make sense?
Unit count alone does not decide it. Order value, complexity, potential savings and the work involved all need to fit.
Include your planned quantity. If direct sourcing is unlikely to make commercial sense, I will tell you in the free initial assessment.
03How long does a project take?
Standard products are usually faster than custom developments with several sample rounds. Production time and shipping method also affect the schedule.
You receive my first response within 24 hours and a reliable timeline once the requirements are clear.
04What happens if the quality is not right?
Sample and goods inspections aim to catch deviations while the factory can still respond. I document issues and agree the next steps before shipment.
A sample inspection cannot guarantee zero defects, but it reduces risk and gives you evidence for approval.
05Can you handle custom products and packaging?
Yes. Specifications, samples, changes, packaging and labelling can all be coordinated within the project.
The initial assessment checks whether the requested customisation is realistic at your quantity and budget.
06I already have a supplier. Do I need full-service sourcing?
If you selected the supplier yourself and only need company data, a sample, factory or goods checked, the fixed-price China Supplier Check service usually fits better.
Full-service sourcing is for projects where search, negotiation, production, quality control and shipping need one lead.
